RULES

NO PURCHASE OR PAYMENT OF ANY KIND IS NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A PURCHASE DOES NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING. This is a sweepstakes. This promotion is not a raffle, lottery, or gambling event.

SPONSOR
This Sweepstakes is sponsored by Redline Rides LLC, a Pennsylvania limited liability company, located in Erie, PA, and operating under the brand name Redline Rides LLC.

ELIGIBILITY
Open only to legal residents of all states in the United States and the District of Columbia (EXCEPT THE STATE OF NEW YORK & FLORIDA)! Must be at least eighteen (18) years of age at the time of entry. Void were prohibited by law. Employees, officers, members, affiliates, advertising agencies, and immediate family members or persons living in the same household are not eligible. Sponsor reserves the right to verify eligibility.

SWEEPSTAKES PERIOD
The Sweepstakes begins Friday, May 8, 2026, at 3:00pm, and ends June 5,2026 at 8pm. All entries must be received during the Sweepstakes Period.

HOW TO ENTER
There are two methods of entry. Method One – Purchase Entry During the Sweepstakes Period, eligible individuals may visit the Sponsor’s website and purchase eligible merchandise. Each eligible product will clearly state the number of Sweepstakes entries received with that purchase. Method Two – Free Mail-In Entry (Alternative Method of Entry) To enter without purchase, handwrite your full name, complete mailing address, phone number, and email address on a 3” x 5” card and mail it in a standard envelope with sufficient postage to: Redline Rides LLC. 502 West 7th Street Suite 100 Erie PA. Each properly submitted mail-in entry will receive one (1) entry into the Sweepstakes. Each mail-in entry must be mailed separately in an individual envelope. No mechanically reproduced entries permitted. Mail-in entries must be postmarked during the Sweepstakes Period and received prior to the drawing date. Purchase entries and mail-in entries are treated equally on a per-entry basis. There is no limit to the number of entries an individual may receive through either method. No purchase is required to participate.

ODDS
Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received.

DRAWING
On June 7th, 2026, at 6:00 PM Eastern Time, a random drawing will be conducted from all eligible entries received. The drawing will be conducted by Sponsor or an independent designee. All decisions are final.

PRIZE
Three (3) prizes will be awarded to three (3) different winners.
Prize #1: 2026 KAWASAKI ZX6R +$2,000 or $13,000 Cash. Vehicle is awarded AS IS, WHERE IS, without warranties except manufacturer warranties, if any. Sponsor makes no representations or guarantees regarding condition, performance, merchantability, or fitness for a particular purpose. Winner is responsible for all title transfer fees, registration, insurance, transportation, and any costs associated with claiming or using the prize. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value if necessary. Prize #2: $1,500 cash Prize #3: $1,000 cash.

WINNER VERIFICATION
Potential winner must respond within fourteen (14) days of notification. Winner must sign an Affidavit of Eligibility, Liability Release, and Publicity Release were permitted by law. Failure to comply will result in disqualification and selection of an alternate winner.

TAXES
Winner is solely responsible for all federal, state, and local taxes. For prizes exceeding $5,000 in value, Sponsor may withhold up to twenty-four percent (24%) for federal income tax as required by law and will issue IRS Form 1099-MISC.

GENERAL CONDITIONS
Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the Sweepstakes if fraud, technical failures, or any other factor impairs the integrity of the promotion. Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any person who tampers with the entry process or violates these Rules.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
By participating, entrants release Sponsor and its officers, members, agents, and representatives from any liability, claims, or damages arising from participation or acceptance, use, or misuse of any prize. Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, misdirected, damaged, incomplete, or illegible entries. Sponsor is not responsible for technical failures, internet interruptions, or printing errors.

PUBLICITY
By accepting a prize, winner grants Sponsor the right to use winner’s name, likeness, city, and state for promotional purposes without additional compensation, unless prohibited by law.

DISPUTES
This Sweepstakes is governed by the laws of the State of Pennsylvania. Any disputes shall be resolved individually and exclusively in the courts of Pennsylvania.

CLASS ACTION WAIVER
Entrants waive the right to participate in a class action lawsuit or class-wide arbitration related to this Sweepstakes.
